Pros

Pay & healthcare a plus but I love the group I’m in. Management & supervisor are great mentors. Other departments are great & easy to work with. Positive energy!

Cons

We definitely need more people but I think will get there as we grow. Company is constantly working on improvement process. Nothing negative to say.
