Cerium has been a wonderful place to work. The most important thing that Cerium has done well is providing opportunities. Cerium leadership strongly supports promoting from within and advancement at Cerium is strongly encouraged. At Cerium, you are treated like a person, not an employee. If you are dedicated, hard-working, and have a desire to collaborate, learn and grow, you will be a great fit at Cerium.

Cons

We all only get to be together as a group once a year (at the all-associates meeting).

Pros

I have autonomy to do my job well. I am supported when I make decisions with the client in mind. I appreciate that Cerium invests in me and my growth. I work with a great team of engineers and we are all 100% remote. I am thankful for Cerium!

Cons

There are some silos that we need to break through. As with most companies, the communication could be improved.
