You really learn a lot in regards to Telephony. Great teams.

Cons

Pay and benefits were not stellar. Career and growth opportunities at not always available. But then again, it is a smaller company in comparison to a Fortune 500 organization

Coworkers generally work hard and care about the work they do, and are very good at it. Kind and generally reliable folk.

Cons

In my experience, company does not do too much to invest into their employees. Too tight with money toward investing down the role ladder.
