Thank you for your feedback. Compensation plans are certainly not easy to construct but the management team works diligently to provide plans that drive the proper behavior, incents high performance and cares for the well-being of the Sales associate. Throughout the year, the compensation plans are reviewed to determine if the plan is accomplishing what is desired. If not, the plan is adjusted to assist the Sales associate and Cerium to achieve mutually beneficial financial targets. The Cerium management team is always open for ideas and suggestions to improve compensation plans and will act upon balanced and well thought out approaches. Great place to work if your entry level or senior level, but nothing in between.

Great learning environment if you're are new to sales. They have good healthcare benefits and a yearly company retreat at Suncadia Lodge.

Cons

Telecommunications industry is competitive and hardware is slowly becoming obsolete. The job can be very repetitious and can get bored easily.
