So much potential if it wasn't for management.

Pros

Cerium is a great place to get your foot in the door if you are just starting out in the Technology industry. They offer some really great learning opportunities. Based in the PNW is a great plus.

Cons

Unfortunately Cerium has a pretty toxic culture and environment that starts at the top. Not a work from home company - you aren't productive unless you're in the office. It has become a very micromanaged work place with the wrong people in management positions. "Work Life Balance" is preached a lot but not practiced in any way. It also has a very "boys club" feel about it.

Pros

The people you work directly with are wonderful. There is a wealth of knowledge inside the organization.

Cons

The pay is below the standard for the area and it seems the comp plans change every year to benefit the company rather than the employees

Pros

There are great and abundant opportunity for advancement. Great Technical people. Nimble environment. Job security is sky high. They don't lay people off. Solid and consistent growth

Cons

Raises and reviews are non-existent. Shoot first and ask questions later approach to managing people. People aren't allowed to focus on doing a few things with high quality and are overworked.
