He often targets employees from Northern India, disregarding their hard work and skills. Instead, favoritism and regional bias rule the workplace, where employees from Southern states seem to have an unfair advantage. The lack of appreciation for merit and talent creates a demoralizing environment for those who are not part of the favored group.
