Pros

You’ll develop a high tolerance for stress and micromanagement. Great opportunity to practice patience and emotional detachment under pressure. Fast paced turnover keeps you constantly meeting new coworkers. Plenty of independence, until it's taken away unexpectedly. You learn exactly how not to lead a team, which can be a valuable long-term lesson.

Cons

Extremely high employee turnover. Leadership lacks emotional intelligence and accountability. Feedback is asked for, but not accepted. Micromanagement is excessive and trust is non existent. Toxic culture driven by ego, not teamwork or mutual respect.
