The opportunity to grow was always present. Arick was big about "finding the seat on the bus" for everyone. Having the opportunity to grow and learn about all pieces of the business was very powerful.

Cons

In any construction industry, dealing with difficulties regarding sub contractors or clients is a given. Some people are not always a good fit as clients, or as partner companies.

The issue is these are franchises, many are running a business out of thier personal check books. They are not a safe place for you to build a long term career. No benefits, they are mostly cash poor. Poor tech, and in my office the culture was really poor.
