At the end of 2022, we moved up annual performance and merit reviews so people who were eligible and earned it, were able to see merit increases. We hope you would have discussed this with your supervisor.

Cons

CertaSite is a company that was built with the idea to constantly innovate our processes to keep getting better. This means change is something you can expect on a regular basis. Some folks do not like change.
