      Pros

      Great pay. Co-workers are incredible....like family. Good benefits. Corporate expects results, but allows the branches a good degree of self-determination. Allowed a good degree of flexibility.

      Cons

      Typical corporate....lack of support, lack of experience. Tough getting experienced staff for support locally.

      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      CertaSite has been a great place to work. The VP of Sales and the Regional Sales Management team are pro work life balance, are supportive and bring positive energy to the team. They do a great job of bringing the team together while also promoting a competitive sales environment. The Regional Sales Managers continue to be a great resource. They run weekly trainings and are always available to assist, shadow a sales call or help with concerns.

      Cons

      We have experienced some minor growing pains over the last few years as we've fought through COVID, supply chain issues and acquired new locations with fast growth. With that said as a team we continue to work through and overcome any hurdle and have become stronger as a team through them.

      Pros

      Great Place to work, Freedom to do your job without micromanagement. Very helpful work staff and plenty of support. Great Pay with excellent benefits. Positive feedback from clients about Company!

      Cons

      Have to wait 60 days before medical insurance kicks in!
