Where do I even begin? I worked here for under a year and they did everything they could to hold commissions and not pay us out. This didn’t happen just once or twice. After the third time, I said enough was enough and I jumped ship. They gaslight you right to your face, and make you think that this place is a palace. There is no structure and NO ONE knows what they are doing. I left a decent job to come here and I regretted every second of it. They take your money and put it in their own pockets! Do not work here, stay far far away!

Some employees tend to focus more on complaining than contributing, often bringing up problems without offering solutions. There’s also a tendency for certain team members to step outside of their sales or departmental lanes, which can create unnecessary confusion and slow down progress. Stronger accountability and ownership would make a big difference.
