My first four months at Certara have been truly positive. The company fosters a strong culture of teamwork, and the supportive environment has made a significant impact on my onboarding and training. My reporting manager ensured that all concepts were explained from a beginner’s perspective, and the managers overall are exceptional at clarifying details. Team leads are approachable and always ready to help, and the leaders in the company are truly inspiring. Social events and knowledge-sharing discussions are regularly organized, enhancing both the team dynamic and my learning experience. I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited to continue my career here
