The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and it is a delight to work with them. Great work culture. The people around me are very friendly and helpful. The leadership team provides regular communications, listen to and consider new ideas from team and continuously encourage in both personal and professional growth. I appreciate how they actively seeks out diverse candidates and creates an inclusive work culture where everyone feels welcome. Recognizing team members with different types of awards like team awards, CEO Awards, Fond points etc. The salary and benefit packages are very competitive. Overall, I am very happy working at CERTARA-India and I would also definitely recommend it to health care professionals who are looking for a great place to work.

Pros

Work life balance is great. Good work environment, no out of business hours work, assailable work targets, managers and colleagues are easily approachable. Motivating environment that offers continuous growth and learning. Senior management thinks about each employee, caring for them, being interested in their wellbeing and helping them to identify their strength and guiding them on skill enhancements. Employee recognition, rewards, welfare and pay scales are relatively good.
