      Biased management as their old friends who help them in personal work get growth and additional favor like appraisals and we will come for five days to office, But his team will come for only two days and few employees having benefit of long wfh . Managers are not allowed to approve leaves for their immediate reporters but need to take his permission every time making the role of managers dummy. No integrity. There is no growth for people who actually work on projects. We like the company but not leadership anymore. If we do the project she will take the credit (director) and she will get the benefits.

      -Awesome PMO leadership -Broad exposure to different types drug development projects -Lots of opportunity to get involved with different clients/consultants/projects

      Cons

      -Pay could be better -Growing pains from the company expanding quickly -High operational burden on PMO makes it difficult to spend time on meaningful work -Way, way too much work on everyone's plate
