      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Good work environment, no out of business hours work, assailable work targets, managers and colleagues are easily approachable. Motivating environment that offers continuous growth and learning. Senior management thinks about each employee, caring for them, being interested in their wellbeing and helping them to identify their strength and guiding them on skill enhancements. Employee recognition, rewards, welfare and pay scales are relatively good.

      Pros

      Teammates are very supportive and management is transparent. Leadership principles are always appreciative, your ideas are valued with managers being very supportive. Opportunity to learn and grow without compromising on work-life balance. Best leave policy. Team awards for best performers are given quarterly which is very appreciative. Fun activities and celebrations
