Leaders who are accessible and actually care about you as an individual. I feel valued by my team; The opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects that have a positive impact on the world; Flexible work and being empowered to complete work in the way that works best for me; and The opportunity to work alongside top talent in our industry. My teammates are among the best.

Cons

There are some expected growing pains but nothing that I consider unusual given the company's growth trajectory.

Pros

Certara has amassed some of the brightest minds from across the industry, regulatory and academic sectors. Certara scientists are highly motivated by innovation and impact for patients and flourish on complex drug development programs, and thinking creatively. That experience is directed to clients and also internally, making every project a learning opportunity. The wonderful colleagues, cool projects, cool clients, learning potential is what makes me most excited.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging in an environment where there is high demand for you and the projects are really interesting. Diversity in senior management and BOD could be improved. Internal organizational silos reduce agility.
