      The greatest strength of Certara is our people, whose diversity, energy and creativity are crucial to our success. Best place to work. Flexible in working hours. Supportive colleagues and culture. Work life balance is good. Interesting domain to work. Very encouraging reward system. Company Management allows the employees to reflect upon their performance and offers a helpful structure for discussing expectations and areas for improvement.

      Pros

      Incredible talented team with a passion for getting drugs to patients faster. The ability to use world-class expertise together to improve and save lives. From software developers, regulatory writing specialists to quantitative drug developers. It is the single largest concentration of these skills and expertise in the world and used for a critical mission. And they allow me to be part of that! Would not want to be anywhere else, but here.

      We are growing and learning. How do we best structure ourselves? How do we best apply ourselves for our clients? Surmountable growing pains.
