No work-life balance, organizational politics and poor hikes
Pros
Supportive teammates, ample of leaves but totally depends on your managers and projects you work and feasible working hours, good infrastructure.
Cons
Work environment- very stressful, targets are impractical, too much pressure and expectations from frontline employees. Repetitive work which drains your energy and efforts. No innovation. Management- Abusive management, will always humiliate when you come up with queries. Lot of organizational politics. The worst part is head of the company is biased towards certain set of employees. No place to voice out our concerns. No recognition, unless you are considered as valuable resource from their perspective. Appraisal- Extremely poor appraisals far below market standards and there is no transparency in appraisal process. Can expect only single digit hikes even after tremendous hard work. If you are looking for innovation, good hikes and promotions then this is not the place to be.
