If you like selling overpriced/ overrated industrial lubricants and being constantly lied to by your “ trusty” manager, then this is the place for you!

Cons

For some reason, they believe that if you work for them your personal vehicle is completely at their disposal. They don’t supply their sales reps with vehicles, just expect you to be a good little soldier about it. Also, don’t get me started on the silly outdated selling presentations they make you do. Just makes yourself look like a clown and the company. DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR TIME. They simply don’t deserve it.

Certified is initially restructuring their sales teams to sell the right way. This company provides all of the support you need to succeed. This is a sales position, not an order taker position. Learn to build your book of business and grow relationships with your customers. This could be my employer for the next 40+ years. Extremely pleased with management and their efforts.

No job is perfect, the effort you put in will determine your results. The only con is your own personal restrictions.
