Bad managers everything 5 times more than competition. No respect from anyone including your customers. Terrible job with terrible pay

Freedom to make your own schedule. I boss looking over your shoulder while you work.tons of samples and merchandise to give out.

Cons

Have to work hard to get salary where it needs to be. Product you are selling is great but very expensive and when economy is hurting businesses don't always want the best product available.
