Great management. Tons of room for advancement. Great business process. Amazing products, best on the market. Uncapped commissions. Incentive trips and good prizes. Flexibility. Work your own schedule and plan your own routes. Good health benefits.

Cons

Have to use your own vehicle. First year pay isnt that great until you build your business up. Dealing with delinquent accounts. Not very well respected by many clients. Bad vision and dental benefits.
