You work from home here.

Cons

They take advantage of you and then pay you $15 an hour. Not worth the stress for the pay. Unnecessary points taken away. They have racists rude workers.

Pros

The company offers opportunities to anyone who is willing to do their job correctly, and take it seriously. You can really be yourself here, and grow quickly within the company if you are interested in any of the internal positions. This company also does not like "yes men" they want you to be genuine, just not rude.

Cons

The company could communicate across different departments a lot better, but the company is still growing.
