Pros

Only been with the company for 4 months and am very impressed with the company culture, Scott Brown who is the CEO talks about servant leadership, empowering employees which you can see though-out the business. There are clear goals which the senior managers are very transparent about they don't just spin you a PR line, I have worked in many software companies and this company culture is by far the best I have experienced. The onboarding is flawless everyone is here to help you be successful.

Cons

There are no cons they have a clear vision and a great company culture where you feel like you can just be yourself :)
