- great team - people really welcoming and ready to help - the exec team genuinely care about employees, this has been shown throughout the covid pandemic

Cons

- sometimes communication is missed due to crossover in depts/locations and time differences. Only very minor and everyone works had to ensure this doesn't happen frequently.

Salary about market rate, good benefits and lots of freebies (fruit, cold drinks, snacks - not many healthy options). Opportunity to travel to kick off events, etc

Cons

US management and little understanding of UK culture and market. Don't seem to listen to advice offered by UK team
