      Lots of contracts coming to the company Team collaboration High standards

      Cons

      Benefits are inferior. This was on Glassdoor, but I didn't fully appreciate it until starting the job. The company advertises themselves as a startup, but company policies show that the company strives not to be lean and flexible but rather they want to be a small company with all the overhead of the big boys.

      -Exciting work in satellite design -New technology

      Cons

      -Extremely unorganized with very little communication from management -Will implement new systems, then not utilize them -Special treatment to certain employees -No one knows what they are doing let alone be able to help fellow work associates -Sink or swim mentality
