Pros
RTO only two days a week. Except it seems like a lot of employees still work remotely. They masked RTO as for collaboration, yet most teams are so spread out across offices and they make exceptions for people. I get the pleasure of sitting in traffic for an hour twice a week (2 roundtrip) to sit in a cubicle without my team or anyone else I work directly with.
Cons
Hopefully Cetera does not acquire your firm. You'll get promoted and recognized as long as you stick to the status quo and never question leadership.
