The Cetera Advisor Network division , tries hard to provide their advisors and staff with good tech platforms but unfortunately the primary system used by advisors – Adviceworks, can be buggy at times. When it works it works but when it doesn’t that just means more work for the teams responsible for servicing advisors. The company is also understaffed which results in heavy workloads, a stressful work environment with the end result being subpar service provided to their advisors.
