Pros

Teammates and company vehicle. It ends there.

Cons

The culture here is incredibly toxic. I asked very direct questions during my interview about company culture and management styles. I was lied to my face over and over and over again. People who have been with the company for years are now leaving. Management only cares about Panoquell. You are expected to double your QUARTERLY (yes, you read that right) Panoquell goal. If not, they will send you to an intense, remedial Panoquell training even though they train you on Panoquell at new hire training, on team meetings, on one on one manager calls, and on manager ride alongs. You are expected to eat, sleep, and breathe Panoquell (eat your PI for breakfast, as they say). They use one on ones, team meetings, ride alongs, and any chance they get to go over how to discuss Panoquell, and they will put you on the spot in front of others so they can put you down and shame you if you don’t know an answer to something. You will never be promoted at this company if you do not exceed your Panoquell goals quarter after quarter. They expect and demand you get Panoquell into every hospital, no matter what it takes. They do not care about or value customer relationships. They expect you to go to the same hospital every day or every week until the customers orders multiple bottle of Panoquell, and the expectation is 4 bottles per doctor, per month. No excuses. And they will tell you exactly this. I watched my manager back customers into corners, grilling them on how they use it and why they do not order more. Make sure you are happy with your salary, because you will not earn commission. They will make sure of it. HR said to me, “a lot of people have left because they are upset about commission and that the goals are unattainable.” The company is proud of this and, at the time of this writing, have no plans to change it. Even going into next year. The managers will tell you that your job is at stake if you don’t hit the numbers. Even if you are mere months into the role. They use fear and belittlement to try to get you to work harder. My manager said to me, “there are lots of other jobs out there if this one isn’t right for you. You can look for other opportunities.” Then he bragged about being offered a role elsewhere not not taking it because he is “happy with his current role and the direction the company is going.” Then why are you interviewing with other companies and why are you telling me this? When I “took his advice” and gave my notice, he hung up on me on a Teams call. This is a prime example of how unprofessional the managers here are. They will also use doctors and upper management to micro manage and gang up on you to say you are not working hard enough and intimidate you. Heed this warning. If not, best of luck to you.
