Pros
- Good People (MSLs, Territory Managers). - Reps have so much responsibility that they are forced to develop skills that will apply for their next job. - Car
Cons
Terrible management. Tons of pressure to hit unrealistic sales goals that are shared throughout company (regardless of territory, region, previous history, current data, etc.). Little access to major groups and only 1 person working in "corporate accounts." No assistance/ tools provided in the field that actually make a difference. Management, MSL, etc. would join for field rides and constantly demonstrate pushy car-sales tactics that would result in zero sales and have clinics ask that we do not return. During my time at Ceva, I was told by a manager that there had been 50+% attrition rate from sales team in the previous 6 months. New leadership with big promises to change culture, but little/nothing has changed. Continued unrealistic sales goals, little/ no accountability from management. Would warn anyone to do research before joining + talk to current/previous reps before joining.
