Pros
The organization is based on feelings, not reason, so its easy to get in the good graces of management. Almost no disciplinary actions or firings, if that's your thing. Some locations let employees bring their kids in to hang around the restaurant for their whole shift so free daycare (sorta).
Cons
Management's promises are worth nothing. Only the employees who spend their shifts haranguing management instead of working get that they're promised. There's no policy, no accountability, and no leadership. Employee pay rate is changed based on the whim of management. Schedules are released the day before your shift and based on the whim of management. There's a revolving door of management and new processes that are put in place, then forgotten about with no follow through. I once worked for a company so corrupt the execs were pocketing equipment money, then ripping up employees over the missing equipment. But they still delivered for clients and they still knew their business. This place can barely sell tacos in San Antonio and was a worse place to work.
