Cons

The company is very socially conservative and does not tolerate those who do not fit social norms. People were routinely fired suddenly without any idea of cause

Pros

I enjoy working at Challenge. I have worked at two of the West Michigan plants. The company provides very competitive wages and benefits. . The people are good to work with. The company is employee owned and we all are able to share in our growth and success. The culture values fair and constant treatment for everyone.

Cons

The company has had a difficult time getting enough skilled people especially in tool and die. It is difficult to maintain the die and complete the PM's that are required.
