      Pros

      I enjoy the people I work with. Team-oriented culture. Flat hierarchy. The company is growing and that provides a lot of opportunity for people to take responsibility and move up.

      Communications should be improved but the company is making progress

      Pros

      It is a job! That is the greatest and only benefit of working at Challenge MFG.

      Cons

      Low pay with long long hours expected of everyone except the bosses favorites. Over 70 hrs per week as salaried employee. Told no overtime was required when hired in. What a lie. Closed campus. Hourly workers cant even go outside the building during their 12 hour workday, or be fired for doing so.
