      Pros

      Positive future and growth. Lots of opportunity for different shifts and change of pace. I have worked a few other assembly jobs and the conditions here are great, good benefits, and I can see management working for positive change

      No major con's. Seems like there is a bad wrap for people that want to get paid for not doing anything.
