      Lots of overtime the j obs are easy If you want to get ahead and pay your bills challenge is the work place for you

      Cons

      No communication, everybody wants to be boss too many chiefs and no Indians are there attitudes problem yes

      Pros

      Throughout the year there has been many good, talented, dedicated employees. Advancement is based on who you know not what you know.

      Cons

      Management believes they are above everyone including the customer, blatant disregard for corporate policy and procedures, minimal salary for mandatory weekends, no annual review or wage increases for certain departments (Awaiting PM signature),Zero communication from management, Dedication and Loyalty mean Nothing.

      Pros

      Nice benefits and ESOP option.

      Cons

      No chain of command. No communication/support across departments or on the executive level. Processes change in the blink of an eye with little input from affected departments.
