Pros

Good training and brand new equipment. Management is pretty good and getting better. Recent changes has been positive. Compared to other companies managements Ive worked for I believe can trust these guys. Sheffler is a good when he comes in from Michigan. Also were employee-owned so that is different than other places ive been

Cons

Lots of hours and overtime. Plant is going through a launch for GM so it’s a hectic and long day sometimes. Communication could be better about overtime and hours. People seem to get opportunities based on how they work and attitude not seniority. That can be a pro or con. Again the work hours are tough with the launch but I hope and think its not forever.

Pros

New production equipment, state of the art.

Cons

They treat all levels of people as robots. Turn over rate exceeds 4 times per year overall. No effective training program, all about rules and nothing about responsibilities or respect for the individual.

Pros

There are very good employees there. When hired you get on the job paid training for a week.

Cons

Its a very competitive work environment and lots of overtime. Seniority doesn't matter. I went back through a temp agency and was told I would get hired back in after 320 hours now they are saying it could be a year if at all. 3rd shift gets blamed for a lot of things because most of the people are from temp services. I was really hoping to get hired back in but not sure if it's gonna happen.
