I loved my job I did everything right I was a good worker came in on time and everything when it became time for hire in because it was a temp job I couldn't be hired in because their policy changed and I had misdemeanors on my record for assault it was all dropped cause I was found not guilty but they had me on probation at first for it and it messed with my opportunity of working I loved my job

Cons

I wish I didn't have to experience a lot I went through I was abused and my ex boyfriends mom didn't like that I reported everything to the police because she felt I was messing her son's life up so she did the same and put a assault and destruction of property charge on me that they later waived because they found me not guilty but they charged me at first then took it off

Great people on the floor, managment ruins the work culture.

Amazing people on the floor with your standard level of gossip. In the maintenance department everyone is jokingly professional...

Cons

-the management -long hours -last minute scheduling -logistics of the plant is utter chaos. -corperate is mad they can't find good talent but they fire people way to often. -aggressive point system especially when -they make people work 6-7 12 hours days a week. -Management seems like a bad game of thrones version of the office. -operators are treated with no respect just because there just operators. -challenge does not follow the rules regarding there own handbook but you it as a way to fire people. -union is kneecapped due to such bad turn over.
