I loved that job and I was really fast. At what I was doing. My job was to get on my computer make a list for my Hilo driver what I need for the night. So there job was to bring me my parts that I need to finish my orders. An my duties was to scanned the bard codes and put on. New quick received labels. On racks and bin . Or I will have to scanned in on all totes and put a master and quick receive labels. On them. Than I had to used the wrap machines to wraps up my skids. So the Hilo drivers can send them in truck.

Cons

They don’t cares if ur car is broke down and they lied about my points. So they let me go!! I couldn’t made it’s to work for 4 days because someone tried to killed me and my driver side tires there was three stud and lug nuts broke. So I lost my jobs when I only had 2 point before I called in for 4 days on and off. So they told me I had 12.5 point. So literally they lied about my point .

The only pro is that the pay is decent.

Cons

Chaotic environment and the plant floor is a complete mess. Turnover is ridiculously high. By the time you learn someone's name they are probably no longer with the company. Almost everybody seems to be a director or a manager in the company. Extremely top heavy.
