None for salary employees. Benefit package is average.

Cons

They will lie to you right from the beginning (interview) Salary employees are forced to run production on weekends. No support from management. Females get special treatment if they play along with the managers. Favoritism is out of control.

Pros

Most of the employees are friendly and fun to work with. This company is also growing and still going strong. Salaried employees receive competitive pay, ESOP, 401K, medical, dental, and vision. Also the management is formal, friendly, and continuously seeks out improvements for the company.

Cons

Often, the hours can be long and salaried workers don't receive time and a half for overtime. This may include some weekend days.

•Trying to think of some but I can't. •I mean they have inurance so that's positive and you can get paid a little.

Cons

• Your expected to be god and work miracles for little pay. • Everybody above me seemed to know how to do my job better than me, but never wanted to really help. • Dirty, oily, smelly, and loud.
