Early Hours, get out early, some people very helpful and friendly

very cady, The Supervisor had me stepping on racks that are for parts against OSHA rules, hurt my hip, they wouldn't and didn't even send me to the DR., didn't even make a report... It's a crap shoot because nobody knows what they are doing.. I can't say nobody because the one's that do are making up for the ones that don't

There really are no pros to working with this place. Employees are an expendable asset instead of a valued one.

Cons

If you want your whole life to be work, then this is the place for you! They will do everything they can to keep you down and themselves up. Safety is not a concern for them, that is until something bad does happen, then they're all for it, but it only lasts a short time. While office people get holiday bonuses and paid holidays off, as a floor worker, you do not. You'll be written up for taking a paid holiday off without using your earned vacation days to do so. I wouldn't recommend anyone with family or a life to work there
