Very little to no pros to share

~ No Flexibility ~ No remote work ~ Management doesn't have to follow the rules, they can work from home and have unlimited PTO ~ Human Resources only protects Management and the company, not the employees ~ Environment is outdated, dirty, hostile, and lack of resources for employees to do their jobs appropriately.
