The people there treat you like trash and don’t support you at all. They put you on a machine and only tell you once how to do it and if you ask for help they get mad. It is a horrible job and highly don’t recommend working there. RICHMOND/ BEREA LOCATION!!!

i had put in my 2 weeks to resign and on my last week I had to leave early due to my brother passing away. they denied me my vacation pay which I still had 111 hours left of vacation because I didn't finish out my last 2 weeks. I was working 60-80 hours a week, taking care of every single department and it was all for nothing. They sent me an email back when I asked why I didn't get my vacation time, they said because i didn't finish out my 2 weeks good luck on my next job. I replied back saying that I had to leave due to bereavement and i thought bereavement was 3 days.

Challenge is a growing company, ESOP and the people at the top work very hard, I trust them, set good examples.

Cons

With all the growth it never feels stable enough. Old school mentality, need more active HR, struggles with growth, hard industry generally
