      Decent pay and easy work

      Cons

      They want you to be at back at your station the minute break ends. Which is difficult since the factory is quite large. Management and training is lacking.

      The management structure is inept. They promote the corrupt unethical people, that falsify documentation.

      Great Company Old School Mindset
