      Pros

      Some of the people are great and I was able to make long-term friendships.

      Cons

      HR isn't wanted or needed. If you decide to send an inappropriate picture of your anatomy to your supervisor, that's okay, you'll just be transferred to another plant. Want to steal from the vending machines? That's okay too, just make sure your Dad is "tight" with leadership. After you get caught stealing, you will be promoted! Want to use racial slurs? No problem, as long as you don't mind a longer commute to the Walker plant instead of the Holland plant.

      I've had 5 different titles in 4 years and have learned a lot

      Cons

      Not a lot of benefits that you might find at other companies. Pay is generally lower than most places.
