      Pros

      Wasn't many pro's. Guess you. Can say overtime was a plus, but what good is that when you get more taxes taking out for working that overtime.

      Cons

      They don't pay out on raises as promised. They demand more of you, and give you no incentive for devoting your time, and if you refused overtime they wanted to write you up. We all have families and lives outside the work place recognizing that might help you all go a long way.

      Pros

      It is a job! That is the greatest and only benefit of working at Challenge MFG.

      Cons

      Low pay with long long hours expected of everyone except the bosses favorites. Over 70 hrs per week as salaried employee. Told no overtime was required when hired in. What a lie. Closed campus. Hourly workers cant even go outside the building during their 12 hour workday, or be fired for doing so.

      An eye opening experience into the non-unionized auto industry.

      It's a job. A great experience for learning about the auto assembly industry.

      Cons

      The company experiences a number of slow down and layoff periods through out the year.
