      Pros

      Stable company, growth potential, variety of jobs and shifts, weekly pay, overtime available for those who want it.

      Cons

      Certain shifts require long hours, this is great if you like long hours, not so good if you do not.

      Pros

      My interview process was seamless and with a good report between myself and the interview team. I felt very informed and comfortable with the surroundings. The efforts being made to embrace the work force offer a lot of positive change.

      Cons

      Need to improve on turn around time for equipment repair to keep production sources on line. Resources need to be available so that equipment can be addressed ASAP.
