      Great supportive culture

      Pros

      Started the Entry Level Controls position. My immediate supervisor and the plant manager have always provided whatever was neccessary for me to be successful in that role. Classes, samples from vendors, extra hardware to prove a concept, time off for family reasons... all of it.

      Cons

      Completely personal, but sometimes you have to debug standing next to a 2-story automatic press that shakes the Earth as it operates. A difficult environment for those of us who are distraction prone. Not impossible, however.

      Horrible

      Pros

      The people there treat you like trash and don’t support you at all. They put you on a machine and only tell you once how to do it and if you ask for help they get mad. It is a horrible job and highly don’t recommend working there. RICHMOND/ BEREA LOCATION!!!

      Every thing honestly it’s so bad their!!!
