They offer typical benefits for a business.

Cons

The culture at this company is to squeeze every once of life out of you. Expectations from Management is they expect 24/7 work. There is NO work/life balance. Going above and beyond will not get you anywhere. “Good ole boys club”. Disrespectful, uncaring, and degrading.

Pros

At first, the company was great to work for. There is a ton of opportunities to make a difference and some truly wonderful people at the company.

Cons

The not so great people aka leadership that will make you question your integrity and morales with the company. Leadership needs to listen to the employees yet they don’t want to listen to the truth. No job is worth questioning your morales, integrity or family for. Challenge was an exiting company but the challenge to maintain a healthy work life style in a competitive market, don’t sacrifice yourself for any company.
