      None for salary employees. Benefit package is average.

      Cons

      They will lie to you right from the beginning (interview) Salary employees are forced to run production on weekends. No support from management. Females get special treatment if they play along with the managers. Favoritism is out of control.

      Easy to operate machinery all automatic

      Cons

      Everyone seems to be mentally and physically challenged. HR and upper management have no understanding of day to day operation of the floor.midle management are unavailable to/unwilling to communicate with opeators. Operators are a lot of juvenile minded adoults.
