      Pros

      The opportunity to make changes is plethora, making a real difference is always exciting to be apart of. I enjoy the people I work with and my leaders are very open-minded.

      Cons

      There seems to be slight difficulty on improving/enhancing culture as things are a bit outdated -- but persistence will see things changed!

      Honestly it was a great place to work minus racist human resource that and you get paid once a week

      Cons

      Having to work up under racist Human Resource why give that kind of title to someone who holds personal grudges against a person because of their skin color
