      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to grow. New machines that come in are pretty modern.

      Cons

      Management lacks the fore sight to retain the good employees, and promotes the ones they should let go. Old garbage equipment and machines on there last leg.

      Some of the employees really put forth a good effort

      Cons

      No evaluations, poor communication, NO leadership, dishonest management, Corporate office has no standards, tooling is sub par.
